With over 50 years of combined experience in the renovation, restoration, and reconstruction space, our leadership team has seen it all. We’ve rebuilt homes after wildfires and other perils, created dream kitchens and bathrooms designed by some
of the most talented interior designers in San Diego, and tackled everything in between. Our razor-sharp eye for detail and expertise in making budgets work mean that we’re the go-to solution for both practical and wildly audacious builds and remodels in San Diego. .

Our owners, David Ellis and Nicholas Sekol, bring decades of experience to our team. David, our President and Founder, has 35 years of experience in construction and is a master carpenter and roofer by trade. He oversees project management, vendor procurement, sales, and field work when required. Nicholas, our RMO and Founder, has 23 years of experience in construction and is a licensed GC in California, Wyoming, and multiple locations in Colorado. He is also IICRC certified and Xactimate certified, among other qualifications. Nicholas oversees sales, marketing, estimating, and AP/AR.
