After an exterior fire caused extensive structural, smoke, and water damage, our team completed a full-scale restoration - including selective demolition, structural roof reconstruction, exterior replacement, and comprehensive interior remediation. Working through the challenges of a winter rebuild, we restored the home from the roof structure to the finished interiors.
A balcony fire gutted two apartments and left smoke damage through several more. We rebuilt the gutted units from the frame out - new mechanical, electrical and plumbing, a new roof and party walls brought up to their required fire ratings - while turning the lightly affected units back over to residents as quickly as they could safely be occupied.
A structural column struck by heavy equipment brought down part of the roof across roughly 30,000 square feet of a century-old warehouse. We shored the surrounding structure so the rest of the building could keep operating, phased the demolition around it, and delivered the rebuild inside the original schedule.
